We’re looking for a marketing leader to take responsibility for 40 global conferences within this portfolio. The successful candidate will be an ambitious and organised self-starter who will be responsible for delivering £3m of delegate revenue, developing and executing the marketing strategy, and driving growth. You’ll also be highly skilled at people management, directing the performance of a team of three. You’ll have plenty of experience of planning and creating conference marketing campaigns using a wide range of digital and offline channels, delivering on ambitious growth targets and controlling costs. You’ll be an experienced team leader, demanding excellence from your team, colleagues and stakeholders. You’ll be an outgoing and effective communicator, skilled at engaging, influencing and connecting with in-house specialists, and external organisations.
